Before & After
See exactly what changes.
Every comparison below is a real client site, captured before and after we rebuilt it. Drag the slider. The numbers underneath were measured on both versions — not estimated, and not supplied by us after the fact.

The old homepage spent its top third on certification badges, a search field and a translate widget before it said what VirTra sells. The rebuild gives the hero over to footage and groups the navigation into five parents.
How the numbers were measured
Same conditions, both versions
Each site is loaded in a real browser at the same viewport and measured with the Resource Timing API — page load, request count, bytes transferred. No synthetic scoring, no vendor dashboard in between.
Accessibility by audit, not opinion
Violations are counted by axe-core, the same engine behind Lighthouse’s accessibility score. Contrast failures are computed ratios against WCAG 2.1 AA, not a designer’s judgement of what looks readable.
Taken at launch
Figures are captured on handover day. Clients edit their own sites and some later move to other providers, so a measurement taken today answers a different question than one taken when we shipped. We quote the one attributable to the build.
Check them yourself
Every “after” site is live and public. Run PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix or WAVE against any of them. That is the entire point of publishing the numbers rather than adjectives.
